Sally Malchow

Sally became a member of the SVU team in August 2005. Along with being an Instructor with emphasis in the areas of Personal and Professional Development, Sally is part of the research, development and instructional design team, responsible for developing new courses and updating existing material.
Professional Experience
Sally has been consulting with management on performance improvement and employee relations issues for 13 years. She has a variety of experience from needs assessment and recruiting to leadership development.
Sally has been in the staffing and development field since 1991. Prior to joining SVU she was the Staffing and Development Manager with a successful direct marketing/publishing company in the Minneapolis area.
Education
Sally earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Consumer, Family and Nutritional Science Education from the College of St. Catherine's in St. Paul, MN. She has a Masters degree in Human Resource Development from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN. Sally is a certified Achieve Global Facilitator, a Qualified Administrator of the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator and a Certified Food Protection Manager, Administrator and Proctor.
